Standards: EN 14700: E Fe 15 (DIN 8555:E 10-UM-65-GRZ)

Description: Basic coated stick electrode suitable for hardfacing of components which are exposed to heave abrasive wear in combination with medium impact.

Base Material: Mild steels, low alloyed steels, casts and high-manganese steel

Applications: Overlays on parts like baffle plates, suction pump excavating machines, crusher hammer, guidance elements, turbine wheels of descaling devices and crusher rolls.

Hardness: 57 – 60 (HRC)

Standards: EN 14700: E Fe 16 (DIN 8555: E 10-UM-65-TZ)

Description: Basis coated high-performance electrode for welding of parts exposed to extreme abrasion with moderate impact. Due to high Mo content, the wear resistance is maintained up to high service temperatures (600C)

Base Material: Mild steels, low alloyed steels, steel casts and high-manganese steel

Applications: For welding of overlays of crusher components, grate bars of ore processing plants, grates, screw conveyors, grinding rolls, deflector rails, trepans, briquetting dies, coal ploughs, earth scrappers and repair welding of hard facing of blast furnace exhaust hoods

Hardness: 63 – 66 (HRC)

40 – 45 (HRC) at 600C
